  • Hui Ho`ola O Na Nahulu O Hawai`i

The Hui provides substance abuse prevention, education, treatment and continuing care services to its haumana (students/participants). It is a spiritually-based program utilizing traditional cultural healing modalities, ceremonies, practices and activities which are embedded within evidenced–based practices in the addictions field. Core Hawaiian values, which are universally oriented, provide the guidance for the program and its activities, from administration and management to the day to day “life” of the program and its participants.

  • Suboxone Services

Suboxone is a treatment that can aid in the rebuilding of ones life after substance use (opioids) by minimizing the withdrawal symptoms that one might experience and then weening the individual off the medication eventually. Suboxone, unlike Methadone, has a written prescription that someone can fill in the pharmacy. Most Suboxone Haumana come into the clinic once a month to check in with the doctor and to assess dosage level.

    Courtesy Dosing

Those visiting Oahu or Hawai`i Island for business or vacation may request to be temporarily transferred to Kū Aloha Ola Mau. Haumana coming into the clinic for guest dosing must have faxed their information no later earlier than two weeks prior to landing. This is so we can assess dosage level, be prepared for your arrival, and ensure, once we speak to the home clinic, that you will have everything you need and vice versa.

  • Outpatient Services – Cornerstone Assessment

    Outpatient Services – Cornerstone Assessment

The agency provides confidential substance abuse assessment services for adults and adolescents on Oahu and Hawai`i Island by a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. This program is specifically geared towards individuals with substance use disorders not associated with opioids. This includes, marijuana, alcohol, methamphetamines, and cocaine. Essentially if you are not on opioids but want to seek treatment for other substance use, call our intake line at 808-566-8234 and ask any and all questions necessary to get the information you are seeking. Our intake care coordinator will get you everything you need to get started that very same day!
